We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental US. Please call for shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. All of our orders are shipped standard ground and most arrive in 1-4 business days after leaving our warehouse. Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day!

SALES TAX: You are only charged 4% retail sales tax if we ship your order to Hawaii. Otherwise, no sales tax!

SHIPPING INSURANCE: Zoomboys offers Shipping Insurance on all shipments for an additional non-refundable $3.99. In the event that your order is damaged during shipment or is lost, our customer service representatives will work with you to replace or return the item at no cost to you.

INTERNATIONAL, APO/FPO :  We're sorry but at this time we cannot ship internationally nor to APO/FPO addresses.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

We ship through reliable carriers, so it is unusual for a product to arrive damaged. However, shipping damage does occur on rare occasions. As we care about our customers, we will respond quickly and effectively to any reports of products arriving damaged. We want to get you off and rolling as soon as possible.

You have the right to refuse a shipment if the box or package is obviously damaged. If you are present for the delivery and see obvious signs of damage, please speak to the delivery personnel and refuse the item so it can be sent back to the manufacturer right away. In this case, please contact Zoomboys.com immediately so that we can get your replacement electric scooter or scooter parts shipped right away.

 

If you were not present for the delivery or if you cannot see that damaged from the outside of the box, please contact Zoomboys.com immediately. We will need to identify the extent of the damage in order to determine if you need a new scooter or simply replacement scooter parts. Replacement scooter parts will be shipped at no charge at the discretion of Zoomboys.com. If the damage warrants a full vehicle replacement, we will notify the carrier to pick up the package while we ship your replacement electric scooter.

 

In order to make the appropriate damage claims with the shipping company, the manufacturer will need evidence of the damage sustained to your electric scooter during transit. Please take several photographs of the damaged scooter parts, the entire electric scooter, and the box itself. Please send the photographs to Zoomboys.com by email, and call if you have any questions or need further instructions.

 

Additional Shipping Fees:

Due to the costs associated with sending large or oversized packages, there may be additional freight shipping charges associated with these items. Certain zip codes may also require additional shipping fees. All items shipped by freight will arrive within 5-10 business days. Individual product pages will have further shipping information.

 

Expedited Shipping:

Most of our products are eligible for expedited shipping for an additional fee. Shipping options include 1, 2, or 3 day delivery. Orders placed before 10:00am PST are normally shipped the same day or the following day. Please remember that expedited shipping is counted in business days, so weekends and holidays may  increase the total time your electric scooter spends in transit. Please email customer_support@zoomboys.com to discuss expedited shipping before placing your order.

 

Alternate Mailing Addresses:

Although we are happy to deliver our products to alternate mailing addresses, we do have some security restrictions in place for customer protection. Orders will need to be verified manually with this option, via a faxed credit card authorization form. Further instructions will be emailed as soon as your order is placed. Although this process of verification is quick, it does delay shipping somewhat. Zoomboys.com highly recommends shipping our electric scooters and scooter parts to your billing address for the fastest and most secure service. This allows us to avoid possible fraud and provide our customers with the lowest prices and best service possible.

 

 

Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, but any cancellation will require a 10% processing fee due to the charges we incur by accepting payment by credit card. Please remember that we ship our orders very quickly, and orders cannot be canceled once shipped. By purchasing an electric scooter or scooter parts from Zoomboys.com, you agree to this and all other conditions on this page. An order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. An order is considered shipped once it is in the hands of the carrier. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTE: Electric scooters and some scooter parts are large, heavy items and speed of shipping varies greatly based on location and item. Although we do everything we can to get orders to you as quickly as possible, we can not guarantee arrival before a given date for orders made within 14 business days of that date. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for reasons related to arrival date for orders made within 14 business days of arrival.
