ZOOMBOYS Return Policy
Our return policy is very straight forward and easy to understand, so that you can feel confident doing business with us. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date,. Zoomboys.com is required to honor the warranty return policy set forth by the manufacturer; this allows us to keep our prices low. In an authorized return or exchange situation, the customer will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs.
All items must be returned in the original packaging, in new and unused condition.
Any item that has been damaged, used, or installed on a scooter is ineligible for return. Any item that is missing the original packing is also ineligible for return according to the manufacturer. We cannot refund or exchange any items that are returned incomplete, used, or without the complete packaging. Additionally, federal regulations prohibit the shipping or transport of gas-powered vehicles that have been fueled. We cannot accept returns on any fuel-powered scooters, bicycles, or mopeds.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless Zoomboys.com is at fault. For items returned without exchange, there will be a 20% restocking fee as well as a charge for the original shipping cost of the item. The 20% restocking fee and shipping charge will apply to all returned items, including items with free shipping. For returns with exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping of the returned item and the shipping costs for the new item, however Zoomboys.com will ship the new item free as long as it is eligible under our free shipping policy. Packages delivered with shipping due will be refused. All shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Returned items must have shipping insurance.
Shipping insurance that covers the full value of the product is required. The customer will be responsible for shipping insurance for returned items, please contact Zoomboys.com for questions or assistance. The customer will be held responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
Before shipping, a return authorization must be obtained from Zoomboys.com.
To receive authorization, please call 1-888-9-Zoomboys or email Technicalsupport@zoomboys.com. The outside of the box should have your name, address, and authorization number printed clearly. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Zoomboys.com will not accept the return of any electric scooter if our technical support team is not given the opportunity to assist you with the problem.
Warranty items: Zoomboys sells high quality electric scooters and scooter parts.

Damage to plastic or fiberglass parts as a result of shipping will be covered under warranty. Shipping damage must be reported to the manufacture immediately upon delivery to be covered under warranty. Plastic and fiberglass parts are not covered under warranty unless reported immediately. If shipping damage is suspected, our technical support team will examine the photographs supplied by the customer and send replacement parts free of charge at our discretion. The customer is responsible for taking and emailing photographs of the damage, and Zoomboys.com does not guarantee replacement of damaged parts. Zoomboys.com will not pay labor charges to install replacement parts, however our tech support team can provide installation help.
Tires, tubes, and kick stands are not covered under warranty unless damaged during shipping.
